GL | MANAGEMENT

It is impossible to imagine the modern restructuring environment without debtor-in-possession proceedings or protective shielding proceedings as flexible and sustainable restructuring instruments. We are happy to make our many years of restructuring expertise as insolvency administrators available to the management of the respective company on a regular basis in these proceedings. For this purpose, we join the management in cooperation with GL | LAW as CRO (restructuring board member/managing director) or as general representative for the duration of the restructuring proceedings.
