It is impossible to imagine the modern restructuring environment without self-management. In the best possible interest of all parties involved in the proceedings, we are filling the framework set by the 2012 legislation for a new restructuring culture with life. A very important criterion for success is the flexibility of all parties involved in the process. In order to find the best possible solution in each individual case, it does not help with the speed of development of modern society in all areas to rely exclusively on traditional patterns of action; rather, flexibility is required of all parties involved. This applies to flexibility in terms of time as well as methodology, especially in the individually appropriate restructuring process and the resulting role for us as insolvency administrators, trustees or self-administrators. Therefore, we are increasingly contributing our expertise as insolvency administrators and, since 2019, through GL Change Management GmbH, also in the function of restructuring managing director or general agent.
